Usability Test Report
INTRODUCTION This usability test was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of volunteers interacting with our digital platform designed to create workshops for elderly community members. The primary goal was to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring the platform meets the needs of volunteers who plan and manage these workshops. Key concepts assessed include “Task Success” (users’ ability to complete specific tasks without errors), “Time on Task” (the time taken to complete a task), and overall user satisfaction with the interface . The findings from this usability test will guide improvements to optimize user experience and accessibility. METHODS & PROCEDURES Participants : The test involved 3 participants, all volunteers aged 21 and above with varying levels of technical proficiency.
